    Live groups have changed. We now do a crafting group on Tuesday 9.30-2.30, recovery groups Wednesday and Thursday 10.30-12.00 and a friendship social group on Friday all these are from 10.30 - 12.30. We are also coming into the season of fundraising events such as boot sales- starting mid March- fun days and regattas throughout the summer. We are looking for a fundraising lead to help get this organised. Please call the Haven 01206 572215.

  • Referrals

    The Haven has now started registering in the first instance from the waiting list . Four new clients have joined the project and we are very happy to welcome them. The Haven also runs Resilience Workshops at the Crisis Cafe: Tuesdays we are in Clacton and Thursdays we are in Colchester. What is PD?

A person with the diagnosis of Personality Disorder will often have experienced early childhood trauma or abuse. In adulthood, this can lead to people with the diagnosis having difficulty with emotional regulation and maintaining healthy relationships.

Daily living can become tortured and destructive.
